Studio Petra Majantie was responsible for designing the restoration and renovation project of the side building. Original architecture by Aarne Ervi, building completed in 1957. Completely renovated and extended interior space to fit the era and atmosphere, new functional outdoor kitchen, waste box and new outdoor lighting. Studio Petra Majantie was client’s representative for the entire project. Villa Koivikko is a nominee for EU Mies Award 2022.
